Bill Napoli

 

Bill is an actuarial and pension benefits consultant who has over 35 years experience in the field. He served on the Pension Committee of the American Academy of Actuaries and has been published in professional and legal journals.  Bill has also served as a guest speaker at actuarial conventions and the Enrolled Actuaries Meeting in Washington, D.C. on the topic of "QDROs". 

 

Bill was formerly a vice president of Towers Perrin where he served as senior actuary and head of the Retirement Practice for the Cleveland office.  During his twenty years with Towers Perrin, Bill served as client relationship manager for some of their largest corporate clients in addition to developing computer systems that were used throughout Towers Perrin to determine the costs and liabilities for pension and retiree medical plans.

 

Bill's experience includes evaluating pension benefits for both corporate pension plans as well as state and federal governmental plans including Social Security.  He has also helped corporate clients develop written QDRO procedures and model orders and has significant experience in the administration of QDROs
