The QDRO Procedures will enable the Plan Sponsor to outline default positions in the absence of specific language given in the Order.  In addition the Procedures can indicate what options and provisions are or are not available under the Plan.  Also, the Procedures can outline the steps, appeal process, and a general timeline that can be expected in the administration of a QDRO.
